More rainwater details
Here are some regs from Food Service Establishments from the state which includes details for using non-potable water for toilets and urinals. For some reason they make you paint non-potable pipe YELLOW.

that is curious. often yellow is used for natural gas or propane piping. perhaps it means caution!
